Rick Lymer will return as the instructor. This program is based on modified Yang Tai Chi, by Master Moy Lin-Shin. The entire set will be taught over the program duration, with each move demonstrated, and practised repeatedly.

Date and Time: every Tuesday at 1:00pm; class instruction time approximately one hour.

Dress comfortably, loose clothing preferred. Please bring Indoor shoes to keep the exercise class room clean and dry.

For those who previously attended (2022 at MET, and 2023 at Tanglewood Community Center) tai chi exercise classes, you are welcome to attend either the class above, or to attend a practice session, led by an experienced practitioner (weekly, 2:00pm, same location) .

Merivale Gardens Community Association sponsors twice a week (Wed and Fri 8-9am) continuing practice sessions led by experienced practitioners year round.

We welcome participants from the Glens, Country Place, Merivale Gardens and Tanglewood Hillsdale. Registering for the program will be required at one’s initial class attendance.
