5-5:40 pm - Children’s Yoga* (40 min) – 10 spots available (NOTE: A parent/legal guardian must be present.)
6:00-6:40pm - Chair Yoga** (40 min) – 10 spots available
7:00-8pm – Adult Yoga*** (60 min) – 10 spots available
*Children’s Yoga – will create a fun atmosphere for kids (ages 6-12) to be introduced to Yoga! (NOTE: A parent/legal guardian must be present.)
**Chair Yoga – will give participants who aren’t able to access the traditional mat yoga a chance to experience the benefits of breath and stretching to give an overall sense of relaxation and well -being.
***Adult Yoga – will introduce participants to the benefits and joy of the yoga practice. Simple postures, breath work and stretching will promote relaxation and a sense of overall well-being. Recommended for adults and teenagers with little or no yoga experience.
TO REGISTER for yoga, please contact Heather at firstname.lastname@example.org or 613-596-5626 ext 245 and indicate which yoga class you are interested in. Preference will be given to those who can commit to attending all 7 sessions. Please register by Monday, August 5th.
