A German shepherd mix (brown, black and white) seen off leash in the area of Pineglen between Leeward and Belledune. One accident of a person bitten reported to police. If you are an owner, please make sure your dog does not roam around unleashed. Ottawa city By-law requires Dogs on a leash at all times unless on private property or in an off-leash park.
